Sofia and Ann

Moroccan-born Sofia Pernas moved to California when she was 5 years old. She grew up living in Orange County. Her biggest break occurred in 2015. She graduated in 2015 with a a degree from University of California San Diego. Pernas, who had made small appearances in NCIS and Leverage prior to her debut in the part of Marisa on The Young and the Restless and was an established face on the soap opera. It was her turn to play Catalina as Catalina in Jane the Virgin after she quit the soap. The model, who can speak four languages has since appeared in The Brave as Hannah Rivera, The Green Ghost and Secret Society of Second Born Royals.
